Gin-0°-Time
Beerbusch 5 cl
Indian Tonic 20 cl
Serve with Ice Cubes.
Garnish with :
4-5 grains of juniper or black pepper
1-2 slices of ginger or lime
Crushed coriander seeds.
No Alc Club
Beerbusch 5 cl
Fresh Lemon Juice 3 cl
Raspberry Syrup 2 cl
Sugar Syrup 1 cl
Aquafaba (or eggwhite) 2 cl
Dry shake, then shake with ice.
Serve in a Nick & Nora Glass with no ice.
Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
Mule Time
Beerbusch 5 cl
Fresh Lime Juice 3 cl
Tabasco 1 Dash
Ginger Ale Fill
Build over crushed Ice in a Copper Mug.
Garnish with a ginger slice, a mint
spring and icing sugar.
